In my case, it seems like I just get the "hourglass" deformity while semi-erect. Once my penis gets a full erection, there is no bend or curve. Maybe not as quality as the erections I used to get before this, but it doesn't seem *that* bad. The fact that I am hourglassing is very much a cause for concern though.
A little back story, I masturbated very excessively from about 12-20. (23 now) I didn't really think there was any problem due to no pain, no trouble getting an erection etc. I am thinking this was the cause for me.
