Title: Has anyone had a ventral xiaflex shot?
Post by: Atkins on September 25, 2016, 04:26:32 PM
I know it's not recommended for patients to get shots if they have a ventral plaque or even if it's calcified but I read that some doctors do give shots for calcified plaque so I'm wondering if anyone had any experience with a ventral shot. If so how was it? Are there any alternatives to ventral plaque?

Ventral locations of plaque for some reason seem to be less common than dorsal or lateral locations. But I would think an experienced/competent doctor would be able to inject/treat this.
