Title: Penile devices
Post by: dippieffe on October 19, 2021, 12:05:25 AM
Hi there, I was diagnosed with Peyronies Disease in 2015 and pharmacologically treated without any improvements if not the stabilization of the disease. I didn't take any further action until last summer when I had two cycles (4 injections) of XIAFLEX® and the plaques are now gone. The Doctor said I was really lucky to get to that result with just two cycles and told me to do penile traction to restore the length and straighten the penis. I used so far the "penis enlargement tension exercise device, extender physical penis pump enlarger stretcher, enhance penis extender"

https://en.aliradar.com/item/32664316572-penis-enlargement-tension-exercise-device-extender-physical-penis-pump-enlarger-stretcher-enhance-penis-extender

and I am not happy about it as it looks that I am not improving at all and the sleeves always break.

What do you guys suggest to use?

Thanks

Welcome Dippieffe to the forum.  The first thing you need to do is to please fill out your signature line.  Here are the instructions -->  It's hard to remember your case details out of 20,000 members. here! - https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html .  When you do this it shows other members a quick snapshot of where you are at currently and what your treatments. .

Secondly you should read the survival guide as it will give you a lot of  information about peyronies and its treatments.  -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 .

So you were formally diagnosed and had success with Xiaflex that is great! I am not familiar with the traction device you posted.  I would suggest the Restorex or Penimaster Pro.  I have both devices and have had some success with both of them.
You must remeber to start off slow and give yourself time with this.  It s a marathon and not a sprint.  I believe you will make it through this but you need the correct device to work it out. :)  Mikel7
