Title: Premature Ejaculation
Post by: Jimmi85 on July 22, 2021, 05:53:24 AM
Hi all,

I seem to be taking two steps forward and then two steps back with my penis, and its beginning to really irritate me!

Having seen the onset of Peyronies develop a few years ago, and not being able to/too scared of having sex i am now at the point where intercourse is do-able - albeit very different to how it used to be - in limited positions.

However, i am suffering from PE. In my younger days, and days with a normal shaped and sized penis, i was able to stay hard after orgasm but now with my peyronies, and due to Dorsal curve it is much more difficult, and i am lucky if i last more than a minute or two.

Having done some research, am i right in thinking that PE can become more prevalent in those with Peyronies?  I have also read that it is more common in those with Diabetes, although i am generally quite well controlled.

In terms of creams and sprays, are there any that anyone recommends? I am worried that they will make it harder for me to get erect, but at the moment this isn't an issue. I also have Retrograde Ejaculation which isn't an issue at the moment as neither myself nor my partner are fussed about kids.

For those that have or have treated PE, can i ask what you did/are doing to combat it?

Thanks

I have never actually had classic PE, but there have been times I wanted to delay ejaculations. So I would slow or even stop thrusting.  I might even withdraw for a few seconds.
I find it easy and natural to communicate something like:" I want this to last all night" or "does it feel good real slow?" or even switch to another activity like a few minutes of oral or stimulating her clitoris with my penis.  There are more romantic things you can say or do, but I am not going to write yet another porn novel. :)

I can't be sure, but it seems these techniques would work to some degree with classic PE.  I think men who have issues with erections often train themselves to hurry up and finish before losing the chance.

Do you have hard flaccid by any chance? I have pretty bad premature ejaculation right now. I used to be able to last for hours, now it takes 2-5 minutes. I'm also having trouble, hoping there are others here who can chime in with advice.

I believe premature ejaculation sometimes coincides with Peyronie's because you aren't getting your normal full erection. So your body is automatically kegaling or squeezing trying to get your normal erections this causing you too cum quick. That's my two cents

Hmm, could be plausible for Jimmi. Seems different in my case.

I have full erections that are sometimes a bit painful, due to the hinging or buckling at the base of the penis(not sure if this is the correct terminology to describe it). The base of my penis has shifted more towards the right, so when it becomes fully erect, it sorta pops towards the left and upwards. Here is a pic in MSpaint for a better visual. https://imgur.com/a/uNWADCa
It can get pretty tight and uncomfortable, especially at the base. I feel my corpus spongiosum is quite tender when erect, and flaccid as well. Wasn't like this before either.

I know personally my pelvic floor is totally fine, I don't kegel at all. This crap is confusing and frustrating, never had premature ejaculation issues before this.
