All implants on this forum have been inflatable 3-piece implants. They offer the most natural look/feel in both the "erect" and deflated state. They also have less risk of long-term complications.
If a malleable implant is absolutely your only option then I think you might be satisfied with it if you find a VERY experienced surgeon who does a large number of these every year. If you are young, very long-term use could be a problem. If you get one, please keep us updated. Your posts would be very valuable to others.
