Do you think Penis fracture always leads to Peyronies Disease? I had this and i was so sure i have Peyronies Disease because i have curvature and pain but the more i read the less i know. I dont feel any hard scar or plaque so now i think maybe i dont have Peyronies Disease but just an untreated Penis fracture which might maybe be worse.

Hey there. I also had a penile fracture like you. It is definitely something that it can lead to. But not always. You injure your penis with the fracture and depending if you have surgical repair or not, the wound heals and then you are left with the consequences. More or less curvature, reduced length... but even though it shares some of the symptoms from peyronies, as far as i am aware it is not called peyronies.
At this point, your wound has healed. You may try traction and VED to improve your current outcome, but if it's not progressing into anything peyronies wise and you feel ok with how you are then leaving things how they are is a possibility also.
If you had a fracture, you obviously went to the ER, yes? Did they diagnose a fracture? If so, they would have done surgery. I also had a fracture, but the ER said it wasn't so I didn't have emergency surgery. Wasn't until later when I saw a specialist that every description I gave to him basically made him say "you fractured". It seems a fracture can have differing degrees. Some have a full blown break——definitely requiring surgery immediately. In my case, I may have had a minor fracture towards the tip that was originally labeled a vein rupture by the ER. Again, an ER is not schooled in all things penis related. When I went in with huge hematomas and said they were a result of Xiaflex, they were like "what's that?". When I told them it was for treatment of Peyronie's, some of the nurses again were like "what's that?". I believe a penile fracture to an ER is usually because you come in saying you suffered it from sex. Mine was not that case.

No, it does not.
@TDix I visited the doctor but way to late 1-2 months later..... there was no huge pain or swelling after the injury so i thought it will heal.... dont know how i could have been so stupid.
I read you got an Implant. Was it becaue of your injury? You happy with the outcome?
I ended up with an implant due to Peyronie's. Had a grafting surgery that removed a large portion of scar tissue, but it never went back to normal, so that led to an implant. I am extremely happy with my outcome, as I have seen many others here have as well
No, it does not always lead to peyronies .
