Title: One day of traction
Post by: dontgiveup2021 on May 07, 2021, 04:35:24 PM
I did traction one day for almost one and half hour and then the next day i manipulated only underneath of the penis glans and now it looks worse. I also got an erection yesterday and pulled my penis while erect ( i know, bad idea) and now got even some pain in my penis. But the curvature increased after that one day of traction. What should i do? continuing traction by hand while flaccid?

It's the beginning stages of Peyronie's. My first urologist couldn't feel anything either. I was able to find some lumps and plaque afterwards. So the next docotr I went to I don't tel him where the lumps were just to see if he could find them. He couldn't. Then I showed him and he was like yep that's Peyronie's. Also it seems split on whether you should start traction now or later. It may have got worse because you did traction or it was going to progress that way anyways. Who knows. I am still in that boat as well. I started traction after seeing an indentation and afterward I got hour glassing. So not sure if the disease was going to progress that way anyways or if I caused it more damage.

You should never ever pull or push your erect penis - very dangerous.  It does sound like you are in the beginning stages of this disease. It is unpredictable.  I would recommend traction only with a device and not with your hand.  You have no gauge to show the level of strength with your hand.

Also read the survival guide as to some of the supplements you could try.  Finally this can be an emotional roller coaster and you need the support here from us guys to help you through the rough times. If you have family members/loved one you could confide in it would also help you.

as far as traction goes, i had great results in the last few months, going from about 25-30 degrees to virtually no curvature. i had another scar appear and am continuing my traction regime and so far there hasnt been a significant change in curvature!
