Title: Just a general intro
Post by: howtheheck on April 30, 2021, 04:33:20 AM
56 years old, foreigner living & working in China.  I noticed the hourglassing about a month ago.  Had sex and it was difficult.  Found this site.  watched some youtubes.  I hear hourglassing is the hardest to treat even though I do not feel plaque.  So I just bought a pump, traction device, started hand stretching this week.  I also bought a magnetic SWT device for $1K.  Since most come are from China I figured I would by a good one at a cheaper price.  I will start of COQ10, Cialis, castor oil and a few others soon.  looking forward to learning more from everyone.

Also Admin, how to I put a signature down below?  I will gladly do next time I check if you can point me to a link.   Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.  Mike provided the link that explains how to do your signature line.  If you need help let us know.

I have to admit to having no idea what this is ---> "I also bought a magnetic SWT device for $1K."

Thanks to everyone who quickly answered my question, I added a signature line.  Someone asked about what I bought (ESWT)  I bought a magnetic (not acoustic) shockwave therapy machine here in China.  99% of their clients are in USA at clinics etc.  I will review the helpful links and will ask questions once I see something interesting.

This is sort of funny.  I also knew this would happen since I am in China.  However....I went to see a Urologist Dr today at an international clinic.  I knew from other previous experience it would result in similar situation....He just wanted to RX me vit. E and pain Med, when I told him I did not want pain med because I have none and I wanted Pentox, he relented.  I could tell- it was not his specialty.  However, after he relented and gave me 1 month supply.  Do most of you use more 3-4 months?  If you stop is it same regardless of improvement or not? Meaning if you have improvement and stop...does it regress or stay the same?  My clinical SWT machine arrived today, and not sure when I will start using.  Maybe in a week or so at max.  I received  from overseas a traction device but it is very difficult to work with, and maybe I will understand it as time goes on, for now I focus on manual pulling multiple times a day.  I also got a VED, but it is mainly a toy...I think I will have to order a medical device overseas.  When I use this device that I bought in China, I pump enough to get a erection, then let it go down and do it a few times  2's daily if I can.

Men usually take Pentox for several months.  Guessing what course Peyronies Disease might take is difficult impossible.

Be careful with manual traction.  Unlike some, I am not a fan of it except maybe as an addition to mechanical traction.  It is very difficult to know how much tension you are exerting and very difficult to apply consistent tension.  All medicals instances of tissue expansion in the human body are accomplished with long-term consistent tension.  You can be sure that the Tribes in Africa would not achieve stretched lips or elongated necks by tugging on them through the day.  The same is true for medical tissue expansion.

I also reason that with long-term mechanical traction, even if scar tissue (plaque forms it will form in a stretched state and will not shorten the penis.  My concern is that someone during the active phase will aggravate a flareup by tugging then leave their penis in a relaxed state 23 or more hours a day, and it will scar down.
