Title: Did I damage my Cavernosa?
Post by: Anbil on April 18, 2021, 07:36:45 PM
A few weeks ago while I was erect I pressed on the left side of my cavernosa. It was a very slow gentle press, like pressing lightly on your arm.
Since them I have had a very mild dull ache in that region. Initially I wasn't worried because I assumed it would go away, your penis undergoes much more trauma during sex in general and is usually fine.

However it has been over 2 weeks now and I still have this pain.

I am worried it can develop into something like peyronies. It was really a very very light amount of pressure I put on my cavernosa but clearly it left an impact weeks down the line.

There has been no change in penis visually, and no plaque from what I can feel at least.

How old are you and why did you press on your penis?

26, I was just playing around with it, I guess I wanted to assess the rigidity. Yes I know it was a dumb idea even tho it was a very very light amount of pressure.

I think you are fine but stop feeling it to see if it is still sore.

If by some very small chance you did trigger anything it certain was not your fault and it was unavoidably going to happen regardless.

Give it a rest and always remember to treat your penis like you are caring for a prized possession.

To compare the pressure it was like pressing down lightly on one key of a keyboard.

Yeah I've been doing that just because it has been stressing me out, not pressing but just palpating to see if there is any tenderness. I'm still able to get erections mostly fine

I think what likely happened is I caused a small amount of trauma to the cavernosum/ tunica. But this sort of thing happens all the time in life so it should be fine.

However I still experience very mild pain and tenderness similar to a bruise.

My concern is that it's been a few weeks and it doesn't seem to have healed. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to fix it. I am just worried it will develop into something worse.
