Right now i am trying to avoid masturbation and ejaculating to see how and if it will help my peyronies, because almost 3 years in i still feel like i am in the acute phase due to pain and thought maybe some prolonged break will help. I do this for 3 weeks now and notice some improvements in pain. Not masturbating is easy for me if i dont watch any porn, or have sexual thoughts.
However i am also dating a girl right now and i am the kind of guy to get an errection fairly easy. If we lay on the bed for half an hour and kiss i usually have an errection for all this time.... resulting in blue balls (Pain) later due to not ejaculating. The pain makes me think about masturbating to release it, however i dont want to destroy my progress. Any other idea or helpful method to ease the pain (other than taking pills) ?

It is hard to believe your question was even serious. My idea is to stop teasing yourself with foreplay if you do not want to orgasm. Make up your mind and choose one.
1. Have foreplay followed by a throbbing erection and have an orgasm
2. Stop the foreplay.

Problem is if you wait to long and avoid sex she may get bored and leave. Masturbation for me can cause pain but sex with a hard erection and a turned on lady does not .
