Has anyone had either types of hematomas in their penis? Would both of these present with the same symptoms more or less?
That is a good question and something I'm trying to figure out. I was reading about False Penile Fractures and this topic came up about hematomas that sometimes develop Intracavernosal and others that develop Extratunical. Depends of course where the bleeding comes from. This is a question I will ask Dr. Levine about regarding my current situation which is possible Penile Fracture or False Penile Fracture. Right now I'm pretty sure I have a hematoma. I might be able to report back to you anecdotally.
