i simply cannot get it to work. i bought the reduction ring but it is so tight at the base, i can not pump any further or its going to explode. the blood does not leak through to the distal part even if i hold it for many minutes. itjust stay like that, flaccid at the distal part and extremely thick, much girthier than during normal erecrion at the base. ihave tried all the materials at my disposal but it just does not work, i can not even imagine getting an erection in that thing. so what is the theory of what is going wrong?

am i not pumping hard enough? but it already feels like so tight and about to explode really. i am scared of worsening anything. buti must be doing something wrong as i do not believe i am anatomically unable to do this. but there is jsut a point where is does not go any further in length and only grows in girth at the base very strange

Remove the ring from the VED. I just want to see a photo of the mouth of your VED with no ring and without you in the photo. Please make the size of the photo much smaller.

From the photos of the VED mouth and the photos of you using the VED, it looks like the base of your penis fills or at least nearly fills the base of the VED without any spacer rings. I would use it without any rings.
If the VED mouth is a thin rim like a jar AND if it is not too large in diameter, you can simply rub some lube around the rim and press the rim firmly against the fat pad of your pubic area.
There are a couple of tips and cautions needed.
The area you press the rim against should be mostly free of pubic hair.
Be VERY cautious NOT to get lubricant on the scrotum or leave any space or gap or lack of backward pressing of the tube at the underside of the penis. If you do, there is a real danger of pumping a vacuum and relaxing or changing the backward force angle, and sucking a testicle into the VED. Often that then seals the VED, and it hurts like hell before you can release the pressure.
Unless I felt significant discomfort or the beginning of pain, I would pump more and hold for up to a minute or more and gently milk the VED back and forth.
If that did not work, I would remove the VED and gently milk, message the blood into the end of the penis and then put the VED back on and pump more.
