Title: Swollen glans & frenulum
Post by: 1234 on January 27, 2021, 05:04:14 AM
When I take the Penimaster Pro off, my glans and frenulum are swollen. It doesn't hurt and goes down in a few minutes. Don't have any problems with it yet.

Is this bad? Can it cause damage?

Please give me some advice
Thanks!

Just to say that I am also having problems with my frenulum using the device, even for a short time. It just hurt and obliged me to keep away from pmp for a while.

I tried to wrap my glans with a gauze to protect the frenulum but then it made suction impossible. It's being a major issue for me now. I am thinking about trying with a condom.

Its a difficult one , as I have had the frenulum problem as well.

I have never fully solved it, although I found that by not using the diaphragm, and using the mouth tube, I found it easier to suck the glans into the chamber, and subsequently , not sucking the glans too far in.

Its a fine balance between sucking too much of the glans in, or not quite enough of the glans in !

It worked some times, but not others.......

McQueen, how far do you suck it in? Do you still have to see the foreskin or does that needs to be in the chamber aswell?

Any tip for glans irritation? Any cream?oil?

Maybe aloe vera

I pull the foreskin back as far as it will go, then suck the glans in, so when looking down, the back edge of the glans is just in. Inevitable there will be a little bit of foreskin by the frenulum that gets sucked in, and this is what tends to swell up.

Thanks, thats also how I do it. Does your frenulum still swell, does it hurt?

I haven't had problems with it until yesterday evening. My frenulum is a bit damaged, I think because one half got sucked in and the other not, so there was a lot of tension there.

I was also getting problem with getting my glans half sucked in and i tore all the caps, i tried using different sizes sluice and caps, what seemed to work before it tore was yellow(medium) sluice
And blue(large) cap and lots of gel, still got swollen though

Anyone else mixing between the colors?

The problem I found was it would be swollen on a half hour break. The swelling would reduce to about 70%, then I would try to put on the cap again, then some of the swelling would move down the shaft, and what was sucked in the cap, would swell again, so could not put in the hours I wanted, as I then had to wait too long for the swelling to go down completely.

I stopped at the end of November for a break, and to let everything settle down. Since January, I have only been doing VED, instead of both Traction & VED, just to see what happens !

Asphyxia

I did try mixing diaphragm and sluice colours at first, especially when the cold weather started !. I found a green sluice with a cream diaphragm would help keep a good grip, but then after a few weeks, girth increased, and switched to cream sluice and diaphragm. Now, I dont use a diaphragm , as I feel I can get the glans in easier, and with less suction required

how much lubricant do you guys use?
and do you pass it on the front part of the glans only or around all of it (including the parts near the frenulum)?

i wonder if the frenulum "gets used" to the device after some time.

The worst effect of PMP IMO is that your glans will change shape. I can't tell if this is permeant but the change lasted three months after quitting.

That said, I think the device is fantastic, likely the best for normal traction.

The swelling always went down for me in 24 hours or so.

NeoV, did the swelling damaged your frenulum or something else?

And yeah PMP is definitely the best device right now, only some small cons

I cut a small sponge. Into like a half globe shape. Put that into the chamber. Stopped the swelling. Will add mine is a totalman traction device. They have solid cups, but it should work in a penis master pro???

Incidentally, wish I'd bought a PMP. They seem to be the best.

I never had any damage from the PMP other than my usual inguinal pain, which any device causes for me.

Mr man, you suggest including a sponge inside the chamber of pmp?

Also, how much lubricant do you guys use?
and do you pass it on the front part of the glans only or around all of it (including the parts near the frenulum)?

I use 2/3 drops for the glans & chamber. I put it all around my head

I put around a raindrop on the top ofthe glans, spread over the tip, but as little as possible in the frenulum area. Be careful though, too much, and it will get sucked in too far, none, and it may become uncomfortable / painful.

Yes, after some time, the frenulum will aclimatise though

Thanks McQueen. Good to know that the frenulum aclimatize after some time.

You guys use the pmp with the sluice adapter?

I just realized that pmp originally comes without it but the video in the website says we should insert it. I did so and I'll try to use now the blue sluice and see if anything changes/swollen/irritation on glans/frenulum reduces...

thanks for sharing you experience, i just tried sluice without the diaphragm and it works great, was surprised to find out its even possible,
now i cant understand why the diaphragm is even needed at all,
ordered a bunch of them before you wrote that message.

Asphyxia

To be fair, I think the diaphragm is there to help with adhesion, particularly when going for the higher tension. For me , I reduced the tension to around the 600g when I was using it, which I think allowed me to discard the diaphragm.

I dont understand those grams measurements.

Asphyxia,

On the PMP rod system, there are engraved visible grooves, at the base of the rods. Only one groove showing I believe is about 1150g tension, and each groove which is visible equals less tension, about 250g less (from memory).

Oh wow, i was scared of how stretched my penis looks, almost erect length.
And now i find out im only on 400g, after 2-3 months of doing traction, wondering if i should start adding tension

Also the measurements goes 200g less if tuck my penis down , not sure which i should measure by.

I am finding it easier to use the blue sluice with the sluice adapter than other options. Sometimes the glans escapes and I have to reapply vacum with the pump ball, but I am finding it better for frenulum. Glans still swollen after use.

I am still not able to use it for more than 1 hour, but I get this is better than nothing for the moment.

When you use castor oil as an alternative to lubricant, do you apply it directly to the glans  or mix with water? Or use it after traction?
Title: Re: Swollen glans & frenulum

Personally, I apply castor oil directly to the glans. I make sure the whole glans is well lubricated with the oil (don't even need to put oil in the sluice).
Then I put on the glans chamber very easily with the hose pipe. make sure during this operation to keep the foreskin as much back as possible in order to ensure what gets into the chamber is only the glans.
vacuum works very well and comfortably for me. Im not having issues with the glans of frenulum.

What amount of traction do you use? I don't even hide any circle mark of the rod and feel a lot tensiĆ³n.

thanks, i will try to apply directly on the glans as an alternative to lubricant

i use minimum tension, no circle marks hidden. i am still struggling with frenulum and glans pain after use, so i'll only enhance tension when that is solved
