Title: Pain at base of head
Post by: Pixie1002 on January 25, 2021, 06:33:10 PM
It's been around 4 years since my journey started.  Looks had an incision and grafting surgery to correct a 90 degree bend, which wasn't particularly successful as I still have a 40 degree residual curve.

The graft is quite large and hard, which can be uncomfortable when sitting, especially with legs crossed or together as it seems to push on different internal areas.

Lately I have been experiencing pain hear the base of the head.  I'm not sure if more plaque is forming.  I just wondered if anyone else has plaque near the end of the penis, and if it causes pain in the head at all.

If I contract my pelvic floor to push blood into my penis, the base of the head hurts as it expands.

Really getting fed up with this now.  Not sure I'll ever be pain free

I have two indurations (left and right side of the Head/Glans).
They both are at the end of the Shaft directly near the Glans, palpable and very prominent.
So Yes of course fibrosis can form also near - under the Glans.
I'm convinced that they formed because of using VED in the Accute Phase (but I'm maybe wrong with that).
fact is that they began to appear after a couple of weeks daily VED usage...
The pain subseeded over the years but i still have painful episodes especially in flacid state.

This is exactly what I have. The ultrasound showed scarring around the ends of both tips under my glans. It kind of wraps around right under the coronal ridge. If I get a strong erection there definitely is pain from the blood trying to expand this area. a VED does expand things , but I have to be gentle as to not  irritate things more. Traction does help this area for me - so I will continue on with this.
