I've been taking a vitamin that I noticed contained "Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen Types I and III." I know the Peyronies plaque is made out of this collagen type III, so is taking this vitamin possibly bad?
Thanks for any feedback
The fact that it contains the word 'hydrolysed'. Tells me immediately it's not good for peyronie's. Hydrolysed fats and proteins means they are synthesized. Meaning 'man made'. There alien to the body. It does not recognise them. Therefore usually deposits them in the arteries. Sticky goo in your arteries; you do not want.
Furthermore, studies have shown vitamin pills are roughly 8 times LESS effective then taking the equivalent vitamins from source i.e fruit and vegetables.
Eat a couple of fruit or veg with your meals. Will be far more beneficial. Bananas, oranges, apples are all God's convenient foods. Delivered to you dirt cheap.
Want the best vitamins? Eat rainbow coloured foods. Carrots, bell peppers, onions, pears, etc. Derived from underground to the sky above. I.e plants that grown underground to trees touching the sky.
Better then something boiled into a pill. Essentially had most of the goodnes burned out of it.
Nutrition has been my interest for 12 years.

Well done reading the label. Always good practice when it come to nutrition.

Seems like plaque is made out of collagen 3+1 however the tissue in the penis is made out of collagen 3, not sure what to make out of it
