I still do not know if my curvature is peyronies or congenital. The only answers I ever get are "your young its congenital" or '"if you have always had it its congenital". I don't see how either of these answers are useful or helpful. How the hell am I supposed to remember what my dick looked like when I was 12 years old, also whos to say that a injury causing peyronies cannot occur at a young age? Why does my penis have a hard/bumpy feel near the base on the side of the curvature but not on this other side, is this possible with congenital?

It's as long as you can remember...not back to a certain age. When you started paying attention to it of course. If you always remember a curve it's def cogenital. Lots of reasons you could have bumps. So basically I have to live with this my whole life or get a surgery and risk penile shortening? Sounds like it'd be better to have Peyronie then at least there is some hope. I'm not sure if my penis has been curved as long as I can remember, I only remember noticing it when I measured my penis for the first time in ninth grade. Is it possible for things such as having the penis always to one side in tight boxers to cause Peyronies? As someone who has had a considerably large penis for as long as I can remember, I cringe to think of the days in my youth when I would stuff it into tight ass briefs and sleep like that. My penis cannot comfortably fit in briefs or even to a lesser extent boxers when erect, could getting nocturnal erections like this cause scarring?
No, nothing causes it-it's just a natural variation. Can you describe your curve-direction and degree? Such as upward 30 degrees.
I've never measured it but I can say very confidently that it's in the 25-35 degree range and to the left. The indentation where the curvature happens is right at the base so the whole penis is curved
Have you seen a specialist? A specialist can calm your concerns a lot more than this forum
