Title: Initial injury: Rest COMPLETELY or get as much blood flow into it initally?
Post by: HeyThereYou on June 29, 2020, 06:04:52 PM
History: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,13685.0.html

Quick clip of a cord i have, and that area in general when erect is more bumpy, small indents, just feels messy in general but not a large coverage. (Honestly could have been there before but just noticed it now because i'm actively looking for it).

So regarding what i could have 'done' to myself in the last month where i have noticed more thinning at certain areas(mostly where that cord lke thing is), slightly more of a bend when semi erect (not when erect).. I did not have a single traumatic painful event which has made this come on, just maybe playing with my dick more of the last few months during lockdown when not so fully erect, like a few masturbation sessions i felt discomfort but nothing serious, just eased off.. (Cant see a urologist at the moment so not sure if this is like pelvic floor dysfunction or P)

QUCIK QUESTION:

Some people talk about getting blood into the penis etc and some say to abstain completely to let it heal..

-What should i do? If i should leave it alone, how long for before gently masturbating?
-I'm scared to try VED and give myself peyronies when i potentially don't have it :/
-I can get erection on their own sometimes if i wanted to, should i just do this through the week?
-Being that i'm not confident about the VED system etc at the moment, i've been gently masturbating with lube twice a week to get the blood flow in, is this okay???@
-Is balooning safe? (Rubbing the underside of the glans where it's sensitive which makes a strong erection?)

If masturbation causes no pain, is done when erect, and when using live I'd cut—it should be fine and create healthy blood flow.

I'm not sure if it feels like its making it worse.. Do you hear of people who abstain in the beginning and have benefits?

If it's painful, you will know.

Yeah any pain i have is not bad in anyway, it's just a mild discomfort, when masturbating it's not bad, my pain is mostly when flacid throughout the day, when the penis is moved in certain directions

My situation is pretty much like yours. Considering the date of your post, how did your case evolve?

I can only speak for myself, i regret ejaculating(a month after i noticed a curve) because thats what made the curve very bad and the pain begun(few hours later), i did however try to kegel very strong, later on i found out its bad to do so,

As for masturbation without ejaculation, or edging, for me it triggers the pc muscles which i try to avoid using, but i dont believe its that bad in comparison to ejaculation contractions however
It does make you swim in a pool of hormones though and i dont like it
I tend to avoid it because it hijacks my mind, makes the cravings stronger, and causes me to hate my situation more than i already do

That being said, i get very frequent erections so i have no need to do that and it might not apply to someone with weak erections
I really dont know.

So i guess it  depends on how it affects you, if it causes pain then obviously its not good, i would try to pay attention to changes in pain hours later even
