I've noticed when i'm very strongly erect now (thanks to Viagra and Cialis) my erection actually points slightly upwards from within the base. Almost like within my body it's hinged a little upwards?? It's not really a curve but asif the ligaments within my pubic bone which hold part of my penis are angling up.
Does anyone have the slightest idea what this may be?
It's weird because I have seen some improvement in curvature and ED lately but now this has come up and although it doesn't hinder sex in any way, it wasn't there before ?!
This disease is just so strange, we all have different symptoms, there is no cure and doctors themselves are baffled!!
JJ
It really just sounds like a really hard erection.
Im experiencing the same thing, i thought i was having improvement, my uro says im stable but with this is seems to make my angle more pronounced, depending how i start my measurements I feel like it adds 5 or so degrees when im fully errect.
TonySa - I would think the same except it didn't use to happen pre-peyronies. IT does only seem to happen when it's a very strong erection.
A strong erection usually has an angle that points to the sky. This is normal. As men get older the angle drops and it starts to angle more parallel with the ground. If it's too high, you some traction can stretch the ligaments. Our member neo has had success lowering his erection angle with traction.
My curvature and denting/wasting looks the worst with the hardest of erections. Rather painful and feels wierd, as well.
Maybe my ED has been improving and it's just a very strong erection that's pointed upwards from the base.
I also never use to use Cialis or Viagra pre peyronies and I am using them now so that could have contributed.
I will start Restorex soon and see if that helps
Thanks guys,
JJ
I think you're right @jj21... I experience the same effect when I'm getting a very strong erection.. it gives me a 10deg angle from parallel to begin with sometimes! If anything its a sign of good penile health as far as I know
This site had some info on erection angles with age (without taking peyronies into account) that might help:

Doobie - thanks a lot. I guess this is a sign of improvement. There is hope.!
