Title: Gainswave?
Post by: popopo on December 23, 2019, 06:02:12 PM
Anybody have any experience using gainswave? Probably just another treatment that promises so much with little benefits like every treatment available in the last 50 yearz, but HEY! Maybe I'm wrong! (Probably not, but it would be fun if I was wrong for once)

This treatment, unlike others, has shown very little promise for peyronies...but for a few improvement in EQ.  EQ seems to be your main problem so it may be worth considering.

My EQ is surprisingly good. I still get erections like before, they just get more deformed and smaller over time. Not sure this treatment would change anything about that, probably not. Thanks for replying though and if more people know anything about this I'm interested.

Wow, great news.  Re size, how much have you lost if you have before measurements..,

I stopped meausring a while ago cause it only depresses me more, but last time I measured I was about 14/15cm erect when I was about 17/18cm before all of this happened. Other than that I lost girth, but mostly around the glans where I have dents/hourglassing.

I was told by my Uro that gainswave is a complete sham it is not a true shockwave.  You will want to find a provider that uses a true shockwave machine such as the uro gold 100 or Renova Direx or Zimmer these are true shockwave machines

I dont know what is it but it looks like shockwave is something. Got in contact with probably the only one hospital known internationally here in Italy and they told me they have been using for two years now. They say is not a cure, but they saw some improvement in both erection function and nerves response. Especially in young patients.

It's an overpriced & poor excuse for a treatment, it got approved because there's a lot of money to be made for the powerful people. It won't do jack for Peyronies lol

It won't do jack for Peyronies lol"  I disagree completely and it currently is not fda approved treatment.  If you see here https://www.trtllc.com/urology--sexual-health.html Dr. Tom Lue has made a statement about shockwave and he is one of the leading Urologists in the world out of University of San Francisco.  Also, no one should put Gainswave and Shockwave in same Category as Gainswave does not produce a "shockwave"  The thing about shockwave is that it is still experimental in that they are still working on optimum shock velocity, how many treatments, duration of treatment, etc. which are all important factors but we have something that can really provide benefits and more so in the future.  Remember to get the real shockwave NOT GAINSWAVE

Fair enough, hit me up when fkn waves from a device break down collagen build up haha
Seems like the most inefficient treatment ever imo
Lastly, I never said it was FDA-approved, read my text. It was approved aka it's now used by doctors for perhaps other reasons/problems.
