Title: Why no erection checking?
Post by: samsung on December 14, 2019, 08:04:45 AM
Why is it recommended to not check your erections? How else can you know if it is getting worse? I would assume it is not healthy to check constantly, but you should check periodically, yes?

No erection checking is the rule I came up with because of how it affects the brain and penis.

Each time you FORCE an erection to check it, you exhaust your "arousal level" and this burns out dopamine and receptors on your penis. In my opinion, you need to exist in the void, let your penis simply BE. This is the only way for it to become sensitive again and for it to heal. This is just my experience based on years of frustration and experimentation.

Limit masturbation to once a week or less, and at that time take pictures and measure the curve, but never more than that. My opinion, but it is working for a lot of other men I speak to.
