Title: plaque under glans
Post by: pconsta1 on November 09, 2019, 10:23:16 PM
Hi, I am new to this form.  I have peyronies or plaque in a place that I can't find anywhere on the internet.  I fractured my penis in 2013 by wearing a stimulating ring for both her pleasures and my penis popped a tear under the glans on the left side.  Now many years later it straightened up but scar tissue went across under glans.  I lost length and girth.  Most of all I can't get an erection in my glans which makes sex unpleasurable for my wife.  My urologist just started Verapamil injections but I am afraid it won't help.  My question is are there anybody on here that has plaque directly under and partially in there glans preventing a glans erection?  If so please help?

No, but it's rare to have the glans fully erect. But I understand it's completely flaccid with no hardness at all?
Verapamil sounds good as it can dissolve calcium but it could possibly take some time.
I personally would also apply transdermal applications to the site(which can also help the tissue over many months, daily application. It's alternative treatment though that most docs don't talk about - I made some posts about it in that forum -alternative treatments dmso + x)

I've heard of plaque very near the glans.  Have you read the survival guide?  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
Also does viagra or cialis help with the glans engorgement?

Thanks for the replies.  I will look into anything that will help.  And no I can't get any stiffness to my glans even with cialis.  It stays soft wile my shaft is erect.  There is a blockage preventing the blood to engorge it.

Hey Consta, have you had any luck figuring this out?

I understand your concern. I recently tried to used my traction device to trap more blood flow in the glans in hopes that it will help the vascularity during future intercourse.

But I understand what you mean that the shaft is erect while the glans is not. Would like to hear if you have found success. Thanks!
