Had 2nd shot on 10/10.
Dr. Eid mashed around the plaque a bit and told me to massage it between my thumb and forefinger.
Other than that, he does not do the modeling the day after the 2nd shot. Said he feels the patient doing hand modeling at home is sufficient.
I told him I read on here about people "cracking" the plaque and their doctors getting real aggressive with the modeling and he said this was unnecessary and could cause a fracture.
What have your experiences been?
