Title: Update on Pentox and COq10
Post by: horde_undead on October 05, 2019, 12:52:12 AM
Hallo so i've been on daily pentox 2 times a day for 2 month. i also add coq10, l-arginine and acetyl l carnitine. so far the progression of the disease seems slow in fact there is no progression at all until yesterday i checked my penis. the curvature its seems more pronounced now and i am sure thats not a good sign. but the i feel no pain anymore and the lump seems kinda decreased a litlle bit.. like really a litlle bit but i feel its diferent before i take pentox so i think thats good for me. for now its only the curvature that progressed.

i wonder if those oral meds i take is making me worse or fix me i dont know. but still i take all of those meds everyday. i was told by James to use VED last month but i am kinda scared thou.
after i seeing progression on the curvature i might buy VED one this month.

i also diet and only eat 2 times a day. i didnt eat at night.
please comment below if you have any recomendation about other oral meds or treatment.
thanks a lot.

What do you mean by diet?

I don't think the supplements would cause worsening. Physical therapies are very critical!

They most probably don't hurt but..
Problem with most oral meds is that they hardly reach the penis tissue where the faulty tissue is.

Quote
The apparent plasma half-life of pentoxifylline varies from 0.4 to 0.8 hours and the apparent plasma half-lives of its metabolites vary from 1 to 1.6 hours

So, you can see how "you/your body/blood circulation" have a with every dose a 1 hour window to reach the plaque.
I would split the dose across the day if done orally and if you have the means and motivation would apply transdermals(signature)

It is, to me, a crazy thing that people won’t work themselves back to a healthy and pre-peyronies dick if they have the opportunity. You give me a crazy amount of belief and hope, melting.
I’m broke as a motherf*cker so I can’t buy the things I need... as soon as I’m better financially I will buy a VED and DMSO along with a list of different X’s.

Start w what you can afford.  How about the ESL40, a traction device under$50.

Thanks for the option, Tony. I’m concerned about what will really be at full help in my case.
I have VERY HIGH belief that all the small lumps, that started to form in the first month after onset, will vanish with just oral treatment after a great deal of time. I believe this because a lot of them have already disappeared (spontaneous improvement), and with Pentox, cialis and a list of different supplements - I will definitely come back where I was. Not to mention my young age and my body’s exceptional way of healing very good earlier in my life.
The only thing that keeps me on the forum (besides helping others in need) is the hard and thin scar that looks and is shaped like a guitar-string. I know I’ve mentioned this a million times before, but I just don’t know what treatment I should approach/include in order to stretch the scar out and eliminating the small but very annoying upwards curvature that keeps my anxiety high at all times lol. I already do gentle traction by hand... but other than that
Should I go for traction device? VED? Both? Xiaflex? Fasting? I guess the sad truth is that I have to, like everybody else, try for myself and see how it works for me. Since it’s fkn different for every single soul with Peyronie’s. And the fact that no doctor can tell me anything to ease my mind just makes it even more difficult. F*ck this disease man

Adding traction or VED should help remodel the string of plaque to healthy tissue, esp when added to the meds you are taking.

When you say “remodel to healthy tissue”, do you mean stretching the scar to an extent where it feels and works the same as before Peyronie’s?

All the therapies, including traction and VED help the plaque lessen and to be replaced w healthy tunica tissue.

Thanks, Tony. But what differs the RestoreX with the ESL40?

Price: $50 vs $500.  Also, restorex is 30-60 minutes per day needed and all others 6-8 hrs.

Is it possible to up the pentox to 3 per day? I know 3 per day is the known therapeutic dosage and the 2 you're taking may not be as effective.

Tony, is restorex really only 30-60 min per day? And it it just as effective as other devices or manual traction?

Seems too good to be true but I am willing to try it as well.

Thanks,
JJ

Guys, since the VED therapy helps by pumping oxygen rich blood to the scar tissue, wouldn’t this cover the exercise and diet change that everybody says is so important? I mean, the whole idea with exercise and Peyronie’s is to get the blood flowing, right?
If I use the VED everyday, wouldn’t this cover up the need for workouts and so on? Because I would gladly skip working out if the VED + drugs & supplements still keeps my dick in a good healthy state at all times. Hope this makes sense

If you're otherwise healthy there's no huge need for a workout. If you eat healthy, walk and move a lot and have no sedentary lifestyle..
If you have a good circulation due to exercise it goes beyond the exercise itself.
Same with blood. If you have a rotten corpse lol and pump your penis all your penis gets is unhealthy blood.. if you get my point.

Yeah man i totally get u
I’m the type of guy who eats broccoli on Monday and eats a fat pizza on Tuesday haha
I also smoke cigarettes and weed occasionally, while I go out for a sprint about once a week
There’s not a lot of rights you can find on me rn lol but I doubt I’ll be pumping rotten blood into my dick. Btw sometimes I see my flaccid penis trying to fill out like before which is an amazing sight, feels like I have good potential in healing.
Thank you for a good answer, melting.
