It has been almost 2 years now and without any break, even worsening much more it has come to a point where i don't even want to get an erection because it is soo painful everywhere(since scar happens everywhere on my penis) but especially the dorsal part which is right at base seems to be extremely unstable and painful.
My peyronies prevent my erection which mean hard erections and good quality erections only increase the pain and cause more inflammation. I don't care about the size or the function anymore. I don't think for the rest of my life i will have good penetration sex. All i care now is that i want a masturbation that is not F^@$!ng agonizingly painful. Is that too much to ask? What should i take for this, pentox increases my pain, and other things i didn't take for too long

Are you continuing to masturbate? If so. Stop. It's only going to make it worse at this point. I had pain for almost 2 years myself. What are you doing right now? What is your regime?
No i am not using it harshly, never. Probably mostly have to do with diet and metabolic syndrome. I took Glucerna SR for a day and pain seems to have improved a tiny bit.
Have you considered daily heat?

Swiss, how did your pain go away? I've been dealing with pain for 1 year and I'm trying to figure out why it won't go away.
The best remedies for pain in my experience are Pentox, heat and complete abstinence; literally not touching your penis at all. Cialis can induce erection and erections may be painful so getting off that can help, although Cialis has its own benefits so maybe not the best idea to discontinue. Light VED can always be used to produce erections required for a healthy penis if necessary.
