Hi Everyone,
Little bit about myself..
19 Years old, went through a penis injury 5 months ago.. still not recovered. My ex gave me a terrible painful hand job (told her to go easy, she wouldn't ) and ended up injuring my penis glans. There's a faint black spot on my penis on the area I got injured that still hasn't disappeared. I saw a doctor afterwards because the pain didn't go away. She prescribed me clotrimazole. No luck... saw another doctor a month later, she prescribed me municoporin. No luck again. Waited for a few months until I saw a urologist a month ago. He said it was all in my head and a blood vessel popped at worst. Whenever my penis is erect the head doesn't doesn't fill up completely. It looks kind of deformed, as in one side looks of my glans looks more filled up than the other. No idea on what I should do now. My head isn't as hard as it used to be, never feel like I get a full erection and masturbation is not pleasurable. The neck of my penis is fine. Thanks everyone
Go find a urologist who doesn't say 'it's all in your head'.
Emphasize the pain. Emphasize that this is an injury that just HAPPENS to be in your penis. You need more of a diagnosis than 'maybe a blood vessel'.
It may be helpful to take a photo on your phone of your erect penis so the urologist can see the abnormality on the glans for themselves.

I will just add, go and see a Peyronies specialist as soon as you can!

What if the doctor insists again that its all in my head?
Would I ask for an ultrasound?

I will repeat:
Go and see a Peyronies specialist as soon as you can!
