Title: How to adjust tension on ESL 40?

Having some trouble adjusting tension and the directions are confusing. Any advice?

The tension isn't really fine adjustable.  Which strap are you using?

Both the chest harness and leg strap. The instructions say I can adjust the tension but I am having trouble figuring it out. Do you know how?

I find using a waist strap provides much more uniform tension, they really should offer one—maybe try the leg strap around the waist?
