It appears that there is a very small dent. Are you in pain at any time either with or without erections? Do you get normal erections during the night and how hard are they? Your penis does not look abnormal but you do have some healthy looking veins. You also say that you have some curvature. This is normal for a lot of men. It might of been good if the Dr gave you an ultrasound while erect. This could reveal more info regarding blood flow and any other apparent deformities. Remember too that anxiety can hamper erections
a lot. Worrying about things will do more harm than good.

yeah, i have pain but mostly while i am flacid, it was very instense but nowadays its little.
That "little" dent is blocking my entire right cavern, it can fill up but only up to its 3/4.
I also have a plaque that forming right under my glans and i can say that will restrict the bloodflow towards it, yet my erection is able to overpower it.
I think it could take a few weeks or a month before it will close it up entirely.

Really interesting that i have no pain while i am erect but i have pain if i masturbate and especially during orgasm, and after these events.
It seems that i am unable to ejaculate normally since my sperm is watery only, also feeling that something is in the way to release myself fully and this is causing me insomnia right now. If i continue to trying to release myself then i make things worst but if i am not do a normal release at least one time then i will be unable to sleep. Pills only able to repress it for one day then it come back worst. I am not sure how long my heart could handle this.

Hey YoungPrince, has you condition worsen? I have a similar condition that was never causing issues achieving an erection, but now it has to be a strong erection or my penis does not "fill up" on the right side.

Have you been doing any traction?
