What's the dosage of L Citruline you guys are taking? And does anyone prefer Citruline Malate over L Citruline?

1500 mg 2x per day.

3 grams in morning of L - Citrulline .
5 mg of Cilalis in evening.
I avoided taking both together as I can suffer from heart conditions ( atrial fib).
Dr said was ok but I erred on safety side, no problems .
