People who have taken xiaflex, I need your feedback if I should proceed with xiaflex or not. I have my appointment scheduled for 7th May. I am mostly worried about permanent sides.
For guys who underwent xiaflex was it worth it ?
Did it worsen your ED , did you have a hematoma scar or any permanent scar/discoloration or side effects ?

I had the same concerns as you regarding permanent effects. I know the warnings in the xiaflex pamphlet are scary but keep in mind this is stuff they MUST tell you or risk major lawsuits, like every other prescription medicine.
I'm 3 rounds in. Jury is still out on whether it's been worth it. I did not see much change after round 1 but now I am noticing it. The question of whether it's a big enough change to be worth it is still up in the air. I'm still modeling and using restorex.
Regarding the effects. The swelling and hematoma did eventually go away. And of course abstain from sexual activity for 4 weeks after your shots so you dont risk injury.

I have posted previously, you can search for those if you want, but my experience was similar to pen fifteen, except after 3 rounds of Xiaflex I went from large hourglass indentations and no ability to have sex due to hinging...to much smaller indentations and I can now have sex, albeit carefully. I had pretty bad swelling after 6th injection (3rd round), but it eventually went away and I think it all was well worth it.

That's good to know because the same thing happened to me. The swelling after round 3 was by far the worst. I had my 6th shot in late March and it STILL has not completely gone away. It is however much better than it was 2 weeks ago so it is very slowly improving. I just have a small bulge now. But yeah, for some reason the effects of the 3rd round were horrific for me. The discoloration and post-injection pain were also just as bad compared to the first 2 rounds.
Have you read my journal? Having gone through all I have, I hate to say it but I am anti Xiaflex
