I just received my 3 cylinder from a site and didn't need a script from my DR. just the name of my Urologist. Saved me some aggravation, and a $40 specialist copay. In addition, they were able to get $50 off of the total price, $545.00, from my insurance co. PM if interested, didn't want to post name for obvious reasons. FYI it took 13 days to get it, but the blame was placed on Augusta.
