Title: Urethritis - Chronic epididymitis - Yeast/candida related Peyronies?
Post by: dom62 on March 21, 2018, 09:48:03 PM
Just to make a long story short heres a list of my symptoms for reference.

I have inflammation in urethra, pain in both testicles, swelling of epididymis in both testicles, hard flaccid, & bladder pain. The onset of all this began with swelling in the epididymis only on the right side and hard flaccid. Thats it.

I've seen multiple uro's and have been treated with 2 different antibiotics, cipro and z-pack, which seemed to overall made inflammation worse.

Have had a cystoscope the conclusion was that my bladder neck is a little constricted.

I've done pelvic floor physiotherapy for tight pelvic floor muscles. I still have tension but continually work on it.

Currently doing corrective chiropractics my back has been pretty messed up since a young age probably should've been doing this since a kid, figured there are many many nerves that run from your back down to pelvic floor, bladder, testes, penis, etc..

I am about to start acupuncture in a couple weeks as well. Figured might as well get the Qi flowing to the area.

--The only other thing i can think that would be causing the spread of pain and inflammation would be a yeast type infection. Though I've had multiple urinalysis's at the Uro's office they've never came back with bacteria or anything out of the ordinary. I just can't seem to put my finger on the reason for this chronic epididymal/urethral inflammation. This is the main cause for nodules forming in the glans in my case plus the issues im having with dripping urine.

If anyone has had some similar symptoms please chime in, i wanted to start this thread because i'm about to do different types of detoxing for candida and bacteria and will be posting my results.

For Candida try C8 MCT caprylic acid (99% pure), I use it for a breakfast replacement as doing a Keto diet.

Your in the US so look up CLEAN MCT - 100% Pure C8 Caprylic Acid MCT Oil on a well known 6 letter website beginning with A and ending with N. I use a UK based product but this seems the nearest equivalent, for me it is fantastic, and very pleasant taking with a spoon (18ml)  :)

Also get a 'high' quality probiotic supplement, dont skimp on quality.

Well my thinking is this;
I am limiting my refined carbohydrate intake and eating more vegetables to compensate for that. I take the C8 MCT oil to stave of an hunger pangs till Lunchtime, so my window for eating is 6 hours from 12 Noon.

I also try to avoid lectins as they are inflammatory, can cause leaky gut ,and I avoid wheat at all costs

I think the more time your body isn't processing food in the stomach the more time it has for repair, can't back that up, I just feel a lot better using calorie restriction (less than 2000)  plus exercise. It was very hard at the beginning but now I have to (sometimes) almost force myself to eat and rarely get hungry.

By the way I can vouch also for probiotics, I now have very good digestion doing this as I get older. For anyone interested in GI issues check out Sodium Butryrate or Butyrate on its own.

What benefits have you experienced with a Keto diet?

Thanks paul, my diet has consisted of basically a ketogenic diet, i may have a few little things to cut out to get there im not entirely sure but ive been off grains for a while now.

i've definitely came across MCT before just never really looked into it. ill give it a try.

-Wanted to add that my urine has been having this sweet smell latley.

I just ordered a probiotic today, ive used it before and it helped with digestion and all but im not really sure what im looking for to get the best of the best.

And i totally agree with you, you really only need one well balanced meal a day, from what i read by eating within that 6 hour window also increases testosterone  ;D

We all have a lot of energy on reserve but we bog ourselves down by eating all day and putting energy into all the organs of the digestive system. It is important to let them rest, hence the reason people go on water fasts and have been healed of terrible ailments.
