Title: Which pump to get?

Which pumps have you guys had success with?
I've never had one but am ready to try it out , xiaflex and traction isn't working, so I'm going to add Ved into the mix.

Soma erect, 3 cylinder is very well regarded.

You used Dr Karpman in Mountain view? How is he as a doctor , and how was your result? I live near mountain view, but go up to SF to see my doctor. Would you recommend him?
