Title: VI good results
Post by: Palehose on September 01, 2013, 09:16:33 PM
I am being treated with Verapamil injections, Pentox, and a stretching device.  I just finished my 3rd Verapamil injection and I am seeing a noticeably decrease in my bend.  I have no side effects from Pentox.

Happy to read that the Verapamil injections are helping you. Some had great results with VI, some not.
Please give us some more details regarding your Peyronies.

I was diagnosed by Dr. Levine in Chicago.  It is a 3 hour drive and my new employer didn't cooperate with me so Dr. Levine agreed to advise my local urologist on giving me the VI.  I am preparing for #6.  I have seen an improvement from 65 degrees to 45 degrees in my erection.  I also take vitamin E, l-arginine and Pentox.  I use the traction device from US PhysioMed.

Palehose,
Thanks for staying in touch and posting your results. Dr. Levine claims that a percentage of his patients do see improvement from VIs. I can't remember the exact but seems somewhere in the 25-30% range. But we have very few who post here stating any improvement.

I would assume with the improvement you are seeing the Dr. Levine would recommend continuing with another round of 6 injections to see if you continue to improve.
