I just ordered a bunch of supplements listed in this paper (https://jmedicalcasereports.biomedcentral.com/.../s13256...), in which several subjects experienced full remission within several years.

The supplements are:
Ginkgo Balboa
Diclofenac Gel
Coenzyme Q10
L Cirtrulline
Vitamin E
L Carnitine
Bilberry Extract
Propolis
Silymarin Milk Thistle Extraction

Does anyone have any experience with these products? Thanks for any insight!

Hey all! Same question - given success with combined treatment including topical diclofenac gel 4%, does anyone have a recommended brand? Would really appreciate it!

I took Vitamin E and q10 for several months, it doesn't work.

Aspirin is supposed to be anti fibrotic

research on boron heard it is good for ED. But side effects are to be considered too.
