Title: Pentox and Lifting Weights
Post by: dingowarrior on January 01, 2023, 10:44:15 PM
I was prescribed Pentox about 10 months ago for my Peyronies.  I also started lifting weights again pretty regularly about 8 months ago.  Noticed that I have had better strength gains lifting now than I did when I was lifting regularly in my 20's.  For example I went from barely being able to bench press 3x8 of 175 lbs 15 years ago and can do 3x8 of 215lbs now.

I did recently have a physical trainer help me with form so it could just be that.  But it seems that Pentox helps with blood flow so wondered if that potentially helps with these gains?  At the end of the day I'm not looking to this for strength training gains but am curious if this is playing a part.

I know it's an anti-inflammatory, which may help joints, which could help you lift more.

Dingo,

I lift regularly and haven't notice a considerable difference on Pentox. COq10 however has helped me because it helps your cells generate ATP which gives your muscles energy same with creatine. I just bought MITOQ which is supposed to be more bioavailable than COq10 so hoping for further improvments in my scar tissue. Benching would be a nice bonus too!

Pentox is interesting. It gives me harder erections too.
