Title: overpumped
Post by: 20yo on May 09, 2021, 03:48:51 PM
Greetings.
I recently got VED (last week).
My urologist told me to use it twice a week. He told me to use it 10 times, get a full erection each time, hold it for 1/1:30 minutes and then stop.
He told me to stop if i ever felt discomfort or pain.

I was so eager to finally start a treatment that I didn't read the warnings on this side of the forum warning about over pumping (very, very stupid of me) and i pumped up to a full, maximum 100% erection, as I was told. (the second time, anyway)
I am pretty sure I caused some serious damage. Now my erections are extremely, and i mean extremely soft and it's as if every tissue in my penis is very elastic.
Even while erected the penis can bend because of the elasticity.
So basically, I post this as a warning for other people that might do my mistake. It was really a surprise for me because i felt absolutely 0 pain or discomfort, and also i followed what my urologist told me (I called him and he said "everything is fine it's all in your mind, don't get alarmed, there is no way you could have injured yourself ..........................).
Then i wanted to ask, is this stiffness problem going to last forever? Does it get better? Anyone has similar stories?
I have no blisters, spots, any signs except for this great elasticity of the tissues

Hey Guys:

Please read the VED Peyronies Disease therapy protocols listed in the VED board section of the home page index when you log in to the main forum.

Once on the home page scroll down the page to the second listed VED board which relates to VEDs. Open that link/thread and you wil find hundreds of posts from members who have made it very clear that over pumping the vacuum to a very high erection pressure it not safe.

So, now that you have over over pumped and caused further damage to your penis you MUST let all the damage thoroughly heal BEFORE starting over with your therapy sessions.

Do some serious research about VED therapy by reading the protocols and really studying how the therapy listed in the protocols works.

thank you for your answer, i will read the protocols and i will wait without a doubt.
I know it's a hard question but: from your answer i get that the damage will heal with time? Is that so? Is it going to heal or is it irreversible?

update:
my penis is pretty much back to normal.
ofc i will be much more careful but it seems like it was something temporary.
I will take it as a warning sign not to fck up, i got real scared hahahaha
indeed I didn't pump too much, just to a full erection and never experienced any discomfort.
but i guess the tissues were a little stressed and so natural erections weren't strong. but it took only 2 days to improve

The VED protocol here has been time tested and it does work.  Patience is the key.  This is a m a r a t h o n
not a sprint  :)  Mike

update:

wow. this is a miracle.
i only pumped two days (the first time very, very carefully/not a lot. 3 days later the second time is when i thought i overpumped)
yet 9 days later, my penis is completely different. there used to be a scar that wouldn't let it extend even while flaccid. now it's longer flaccid, a lot less curved flaccid and erect.
it is very much more solid during erections, the blood flows so much better, the gland engorges fully.
it is way longer than before ved (probably still slightly shorter than pre peyronie), it has more girth and just in general my erections are finally true erections. i have more sensations too.

I really, really hope i'm not singing victory too soon. But if one session gave me this results, i can only imagine what will happen in 6 months, maybe peyronie will not be a thing anymore for me.
i honestly wasn't hoping for this anymore, hopefully it will stay like this/improve and hopefully i didn't cause any damage

NOTE: for anyone wondering: i didn't start VED until 1 year from injury. I waited for the pain to completely go away, the Peyronies Disease was probably stabilized

EDIT: when i say "my erect penis is longer" i suppose it's mostly because of better erection quality/blood flow
but then again also flaccid it's longer so i suppose the scar tissue broke??? hopefully it doesn't cause damage

i'm noticing some very positive results with the VED as well after only 2 weeks. don't want to jump to conclusions too quickly but its great that you are doing well!

VED devices do get the blood flowing into and out of the penis when done correctly and not overdoing it. The protocols here are time tested and true.

i think something similar has happened to me, when using the large soma cylinder. did this resolve completely? am getting NTE's quite regularly so don't think there's a bit ED issue, but my penis feels quite soft when erect.

i have never felt any pain with the VED or pushed it too far (at least consciously!)

I am just coming to the end of my first week session using SOMAcorrect cylinder A (small) - I usually do traction using the Penimaster Pro first for between 3-4 hours then wait 15 mins and begin VED.

I have noticed a slight increase in both flaccid and erect length but to ensure it a permanent condition, I will ensure I keep doing this for a good 6 months.

It is sometimes easy to pump to 100% (just to see the size increase) but I try not to do this as I know it can cause "problems" as stated above.

Wishing you all well with your treatments. I will post updates regularly on my progress.

Steady consistency is the way and it sounds like you are performing things correctly.
