No doctor in the NHS seems wiling to subscribe it. There is very much a "wait and see what happens" attitude.
The other day, I saw an urologist who also does surgeries and he tells me that I should not wait and see indefinitely. Apparently after some time the penis shrinks and then not even an implant can restore its original size. I've seen 5 urology/andrology specialists and each has a different advice. None mentioned pentox however.
So is it better to take low dose Cialis in the morning instead of the night? I've done it during the night but am now a little frightened that I've suffered from sleep-induced priapism.

For some people that is a risk. I honestly think it happened to me. I remember very clearly one day while on Cialis I woke up with an asboultely rock hard erection, it was not a natural morning erection it was frightening hard. I didn't go down for 20 mins or so and my penis was sore for a couple of days. I honestly would not be surprised if this episode has given me fibrosis all over the penis. I read somehwere that in some men the icreased pressure inside the penis when erect on these meds can be damaging.

I quit taking the medication due to the risk of these events but also because it didn't give me the effect I wanted. I respond better to another similar medication. It was definitely concerning. Not really that painful just a very annoying discomfort.
