Title: Total lack of erection - what to do?
Post by: Wladyslaw on April 19, 2017, 12:59:03 PM
Hello,

I do not have any erections. Night erections I lost about 6-8 months ago.
But I could get an erection as I got excited and have sex with my wife.
Since I learned that he has Peyronies Disease and I put down L-Arginine (that's all through it) I'm a total impotent. What should I do to help myself?

Is there any rescue for me or just an implant?

Regards

You can try penile shockwave therapy. It worked for me.

Trimix is another option, but it can actually cause Peyronies Disease - so be careful.

Either way, I would try other things before doing the implant.

How you can get 5 mg Sidenafil?
The smallest pill is 25 mg followed by 50 and 100 mg.
So 5 mg is 20% from 25, 10% from 50 and 5% from 100.
In my opinion it will do nothing.
I am using 25 mg Sidenafil every second day (I am out of Cialis), but for intercourse 50 mg. It helps me a lot!
Try to take 50 mg one hour approximately before sex.

Hello James,
Sildenafil 5mg prepared a pharmacy - I got a prescription from URO.
But what to do to restore nightly erections?

As I wrote, in my opinion 5 mg Sidenafil will not do nothing.
Maybe 15, 20 or 25 mg per day will give you back nocturnal erections.

Dose of sildenafil is way too low. 5mg of cialis daily would be the best thing for you right now.

Also, get a VED/penis pump. You need to start getting the oxygenated blood only erections can deliver.

Erections breed more erections, the longer you go without an erection the harder it will be to recover.

Hello,
Do you include Pentox in which doses?
I was at the internist today, because I found that I have high LDL cholesterol (180 a norma is 115). I do not know why it is like that? I am correct and rather lead a healthy lifestyle. The doctor prescribed me statins.
Of course I did not get a Pentox prescription. For numbness of hands and legs I was referred to a neurologist, because X-ray pictures showed that I have early discopathy. He wonders if this high LDL cholesterol - at my dad should not be like this. Is this possible due to damage to the vascular endothelium? Should I take these statins if I want to take on my own Pentox? I bought Pentox without a prescription from a private person.
Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

First of all you should go to a  good andrologist and doing an Ecodoppler.

Statins lower your cholesterol; however, you need cholesterol for both brain and sexual function. Experiment and see if the morning wood comes back while not on the statins. I'll bet it does. I was prescribed statins when I was 30 and at the time believing everything the MD (translate Medical Deity) took them for about a month. By the end of that month my head felt like there was nothing firing and I actually had priapism where, as impossible as it sounds, my erection was 4 inches longer than normal and it scared the crap out of me. I iced it and pitched the statins in the toilet and have been fine since. Plenty of medical literature not showing statins cause Alzheimers and other dementia.

I read again your first post on this topic. You stated:
QuoteBut I could get an erection as I got excited and have sex with my wife.
So I am confused. You have ED or not?

QuackAttack
I have the same question as lessor
Quoteyour erection was 10 cm larger than normal
Or it is a typing mistake

Hi James,

I could have sex with my wife as I was excited until I used L-Arginine. Since I stopped taking L-Arginine (at the beginning of March) I do not have any erections.
I am convinced that my bad condition is caused by the very long L-Arginine. I stiffened my blood vessels and damaged the vascular endothelium and probably because of my circulation problems.
I see no other reason. I am 39 years old. I did sports, had a good diet, did not smoke and did not abuse alcohol.

Lessor,

I don't do metric. I'm in the USA. normal is 6 inches and I was 9-10 inches. It hurt like crap. That was about 20 years ago. I don't have ED, I have Peyronies now. I don't think you can contribute that incident to my Peyronies, but I would rule out it being a contributing factor. If you look at athletes that have knee injuries, minor strains then to lead to full blown ACL tears in the future.

I see QuackAttack's point. An unexpected unnaturally large erection would likely very quickly stretch the tunica albuginea beyond it's usual length. I've read the tunica's thickness decreases from 2mm approx to 0.5 in a normal erection. This is why it is more susceptible to injury during an erection. Just imagine how much thinner and more vulnerable to microtrauma it would become if it's thickness was reduced even less than that by an unnaturally large erection.

If you're starting to have problems getting a firm erection so you can have sex, you're experiencing a condition called Erectile Dysfunction.

Known in the medical field as the ED condition, it describes men who can't keep an erection long enough to finish having sex with their partners. This condition can occur at any age but is more common in men older than 75 years of age. Some people interchange ED with the male impotence.
According to NHS, erectile dysfunction is a common condition among men. The estimated number of men suffering an erectile dysfunction is at 57 percent for men with ages 41 to 60.  The older age group are the most common to suffer from ED to some degree. Actually, erection problems from time to time isn't necessarily a cause for concern. However, we understand that this can be a cause of stress to some men, especially if ED affects their life, primarily their self-confidence and relationship. I think this may help you learn more about ED (https://www.penetric.com/erectile-dysfunction-treatment-cures/)

Try PRP/Priapus. If it doesn't work, get an implant.

Hello

I also have peyronie's, however I found a solution for me that worked. After a lot of online research I learned about the penis extenders from https://www.jes-extender.com/ (https://www.jes-extender.com/) and I am using mine for over 6 months now. The straight shape of my penis is slowly returning, my erection is even stronger than before (I also had erectile dysfunctions) and my penis increased a little bit in length.

All I know is that implants are very expensive and not always give you the results you hope for. I am so glad with my penis extender because it improved my manhood so much and I also became more confident about myself.

Hope this will help you  :D

The very first step one can take to get strong erection is Viagra and you get immediate result. Problem arises when even Viagra fails to work and you cannot achieve the erection that is time you need to consult a doctor and anyways before you start any medication it is better to consult your doctor and get the proper guidelines of all do's and don'ts. :D
