My doctor told me to use ved for 10 minutes a day with 30% erection.Not even close to full erection.He says is dangerous, do you know this kind of protocol and if it's helpful at all'?
Yes these are the protocols in this forum says the same thing. Only go to maximum 50% erection and hold for 10-15 seconds and let go of pressure. Do that for a total of 10 times.
