2. Get two brand new sponges and putt a lose rubber band around the town sponges
3. Pull sock through sponges and wrap around so that the ingest are covered, but that there is a hole going all the way through the sponges
4. Buy magnum condom and slice tip off of it so that the both ends of the condom are open
5. Insert the condom through the sock secure each end by wrapping it around the sock.
6. Apply lube and use
(Make sure you don't apply too much pressure and make sure to use plenty of lube.)
But so far this feels much better than masturbating to me and I think the compression on my erect penis is good for it. I have pain on erections, but during use with this device I have little to no pain. Definitely worth checking out. It is helpful so that I can practice preforming with my new dick lol. I also think that it is important to get full erections.
My erectikns are hard without physical stimulation with cialis but with this it really seems to fill my tip out more which I feel like has to be good for it. For many months I barely used it and was very gentle. This is helping me learn what is good and not good and also giving me confidence
