Title: Are these improvements permanent?
Post by: D1990m on April 09, 2021, 06:28:28 PM
So I've been doing VED along with my low carb diet, traction etc. Improvements are there. Great improvements I can say. My question is, will they still be there after I stop VED? Do I have to do it for the remainder of my life? I know old man had insanely good results with his VED protocol as well. Has anyone eventually stopped the physical therapies and maintained their progression?

I think you will likely have to continue a maintenance program.  Something probably like 10 minutes a day 3 or 4 days a week.

Agree with Hawk.  From everything I've read light maintenance is needed.
