Introduce Yourself / PLEASE HELP ME :(
Last post by Mistersai - Yesterday at 02:00:46 PM
Hey, I'm 20 years old.

I noticed my first symptoms of Peyronie's disease (Peyronies Disease) two years ago (2023). It started with sharp pain during erections and a slight curvature to the left.

I visited two urologists. The first one told me I had a plaque and said there was nothing I could do about it for now, just to not stress about it because it wouldn't worsen. The second urologist told me I had nothing wrong. I felt so lost, like no one could help me.

For a few months, I forgot about it. During that time, I had sex multiple times, which helped me push it out of my mind. I thought it wouldn't worsen and that maybe the first urologist was right.

However, two months ago, I started experiencing long erections every night lasting 1 to 2 hours. I began feeling pain where the plaque was located, along with itching. I became very worried that something might happen, and it did. After some time, I noticed a dent while flaccid and also when fully erect at the base of my penis. I also noticed a decrease in both girth and length, which has made me very uncomfortable, especially since my penis was already small (13 cm).

I started doing manual traction and applying hot water to my penis every day. I also began taking Vitamin E, zinc, and L-arginine. Since starting this combination, my penis feels better and always hangs in a flaccid state, which I didn't experience before. However, I'm still worried about the condition.

My questions are:

1.Can it get worse over time?

2.Are there any cases where this disease has been completely cured?

3.What are the best treatments available?

Thank you so much for the incredible work you're doing! ❤️

Hi dandelion,

I have a similar condition to yours.
I was at two specialist for Peyronies Disease surgery and they both advised against surgery for my hourglass/bottleneck/length loss.

The reason was that I am able to have sex with Cialis (enough erection strength and stability). So in my case it is a cosmetical issue, not a functional issue.

The urologists told me that surgery does not guarantee an improvement in shape for hourglass and bottleneck issues, but has potential risks (ED, Impotence, Loss of Feeling, Annoying Scar Tissue, ...). So for them it is difficult to recommend surgery for cosmetic improvements.

On the positive side they told me that there is no "urgency" for surgery, e.g. there is no real benefit doing it earlier then later. This helped me as Peyronies Disease has this strong feeling of urgency in the acute phase, but knowing that I always have the option for surgery (Grafting or even an Implant if things get really worse) in the future was helpful.

For me I see some minor natural improvements in the Chronic Phase with daily cialis and a healthier lifestyle in general. Therefore I chose to wait it out and test some gentle therapies before thinking about surgery again for my hourglass form.

Kind regards
T.

Introduce Yourself / Re: Partial ED

Hi Mak2025,

I am sorry to hear about your journey of struggles.

What helped me with the ED from Peyronies Disease is to take daily low dose Cialis (2.5-5mg).
Before that I was unable to gain and hold a full erection.

Did you discuss with your urologist/andrologist if continue taking low dose daily Cialis is an option for your condition?

Kind regards

I've lost quite a bit of length and girth over the past few years. While I'm happy with the effects of daily Tadalafil 5mg, I'm wondering what my options are for restoring shape in the long-term.

Good morning everyone, I am really very worried these days because I am afraid that I will never have a normal penis again. My penis has always functioned correctly, both in terms of erection and ejaculation, I have always had a small varicocele in my right testicle since I was around 16/17 years old, but the doctor didn't have it removed because it was very small and It wasn't serious, however my penis worked very well. The problem is that my penis was very small, about 13 cm when erect and also thin (12 cm in circumference), so I started performing penis enlargement exercises at the age of 18, things were going very well and I managed to both increase my penis size, and to improve the quality of erections. After a few years of penis enlargement, however, I was still not able to obtain satisfactory dimensions, so I tried to enlarge my penis with hyaluronic acid gel filler, things worked well, increased my girth by 1/1.5 cm, the problem was that the filler is reabsorbed. When the filler wore off I decided to undergo permanent penis enlargement surgery, I had this surgery 4 months ago, the surgery was performed by cutting my suspensatory ligament and it was a medical silicone sheath (prosthesis) has been positioned, the prosthesis is called "peniflex" and is practically like the American "penuma" prosthesis, therefore it is applied to the penis to increase the circumference. fix the prosthesis to the penis they made some seams of the prosthesis above my penile shaft, just below the glans. After a month I had the prosthesis removed because my erections were soft and didn't last long, furthermore the prosthesis had made my penis look like crap and looked like a plastic penis, furthermore I had lost sensitivity on the back of the penis. When I had the prosthesis removed in the hospital, the surgeon who removed it told me that the tissues of the penis were not very damaged but an organic plaque had formed around the prosthesis, under the skin, and therefore now my penis would be was poorly vascularized, so he prescribed me a therapy with Cialis 10mg three times a week for a month, during the therapy with Cialis I also did some penis stretching and things seemed to go well, then when I finished the therapy with Cialis things got worse, so I injected some more hyaluronic acid filler under the skin of the penis to try to rehydrate the area a bit and to increase the size once again but now things aren't going so well, my current situation is this:

I get excited, but I feel that the blood is hindered from reaching the penis well.

When I am excited to achieve an erection I have to manually stimulate my penis otherwise the erection does not start

To achieve full erection I need a long time, even 10 minutes Once I achieve an erection, I quickly lose my erection if I don't stimulate myself

I feel some slightly hard veins or nerves in the inner thigh area near the pubis Obviously I still have some painful nodules resulting from the scars that were made during the peniflex surgery to fix the prosthesis,

I can feel these scars well on the tunica albuginea, but when erect these scars are not very painful, just annoying.

I don't have a curvature of the penis, I have a slight downward curvature but I've always had it because I have a somewhat short frenulum

During the night I no longer have nocturnal erections,

I feel that the penis would like to harden because I am excited but I feel the blood flow is very hindered.

Sometimes my penis can get a little cold during the day and a few times I felt a tingling in the glans as if not much blood was getting to that area.

In short, this is all, my penis is unable to obtain a valid erection, my penis feels less vascular and sometimes I feel tingling where the scars are, I tried to contact the doctor who removed the prosthesis three days ago but he didn't he answers me again, what should I do, what can I do to try to resolve this situation? Thank you for any replies and thank you for giving attention to this post

Introduce Yourself / Disfunzione erettile parziale

QuoteBuongiorno a tutti,
