Quote from: Ethan on August 25, 2022, 07:09:19 AMI will also need a prescription for Tadalafil (Cialis) to take twice a week.

I am sick of the contradictory views coming out of the NHS (UK), hence I am seeking help here.

I had a GP on the NHS feel a lump in my penis and said it's nothing to worry about.

I told him my concerns for peyronies disease and he sent me through for an ultrasound.

They couldn't find anything and said the ultrasound came back clear and I do not have peyronies.

The NHS seems pretty useless in the UK. They aren't interested in helping.

I also take Tadalafil privately. I buy 5mg Vidalista and take it daily.

How did you get them to prescribe Tadalafil?

Yes, me and the wife still swing. Usually twice a month on the weekend.

I'll only take a smaller dose of Sildenafil and have sex with fewer women as to not cause any further damage.

Thanks for speedy reply. Sounds like you've had an active lifestyle.

Do you still have a quality sex life?

Penile Implants / Re: Titan Pump won’t work

After a lot of trials, I finally unstuck my Titan pump valve.
I think it was some of my fault, as I dont think i was pressing on the rounded part of pump at center.
But it works, still a little sticky, and I have an appontment with a high volume surgeon next month. So my question is, is the pump about to fail?

i will keep you all posted.
stay well.

Penile Implants / Re: Airport Security with an I...

Interesting about airport security.
Another friend of mine was on another routine flight like so many as he travels frequently.
He has a titan 26cm for two years now and he says he gets a pat down about 10 percent of time.
He cannot attribute the pat downs to any particular type of scanning equipment, as he first thought that could be the case.
He now says he thinks it is when he wears tighter slacks or jeans. He said he is still not sure, but thinks that could be the case. He said he has large testicles and that perhaps all his stuff squeezed into his underwear may be the culprit of a big bulge.
He said if he wears sweats and boxers, he has never been searched.
So much for his unscientific study.
i will let you know if his hunch is correct, LOL

Quote from: Pfract on December 09, 2024, 10:51:21 AMInteresting that you are selling it in Portugal too. I take it you are a British expat.

May I ask if you tried having your peyronies addressed in Portugal at any point?

I live between London and Lisbon nowadays, but the only urologist I've consulted for peyronies was Dr Raheem in London. I do know a couple of urologists in Portugal coincidentally, but none that I've consulted for peyronies.

Causes of Peyronies Disease / Re: My story/methylation issue...
Last post by DClint - December 10, 2024, 10:23:47 AM
Hi Onemorestep,

Thank you for sharing your story—it's helpful to read about others' experiences with Peyronie's disease, especially when it comes to the role of methylation.

ike you, I've tried various treatments. I've been on a protocol that includes Cialis, which has helped with my erectile function, though it hasn't reversed the curvature. I've also explored supplements like Vitamin E, and CoQ10, but I haven't seen the same degree of relief you describe with methylation support. However, I do think addressing the underlying causes, whether through vitamins or other treatments, is key.

I also want to note that I'm still exploring different options for managing the pain and improving the condition, and it's encouraging to hear that you're experiencing improvement. It's definitely a long road. I'm curious, do you think you'll continue with the methylation protocol, or are you focusing more on lifestyle changes at this point?

Wishing you all the best in your healing process. Let's keep the conversation going!

I also enjoy fasting.

I fast 20-22 hours each day Mon-Fri and break my fast with fat and protien, no carbs. Ketogenic diet.

Then on the weekends I reintroduce carbs on Sat & Sun and I will also eat some junk food. Otherwise the diet is too difficult to stick to.

I've done many 48 hour fasts and a handful of 72 hour fasts.

Drinking black coffee, green, ginger and lemon teas. Sometimes electrolyte drinks.

My energy levels are much higher, I don't feel slow or sluggish or get digestion issues like I use to.

Diet and fasting is good for your long term health. Just don't expect it to fix peyronies.
