Pentox and Caffeine are both Xanthine derivatives and are therefore closely related. It's been mentioned on the forum before that enough caffeine can create the same effects as Pentox. But how much?
Are there any chemists in the group that can tell me how much caffeine in mg would be the equivalent of, say, 400mg Pentox?
I don't have a lifestyle where I can nip over to Spain to buy a load of Pentox, I'm sorry to say......
In Spain it's very difficult (or impossible) to get a prescription for pentoxifiline to treat peyronies.
I'm looking for an alternative med or supplement with similar effect as pentoxifiline. If anyone knows something usefull I will be very thankful.
I've also read in the forum about caffeine (have no idea how much is needed) and milk thistle as pentox natural alternatives.

I found that Pentox is also sold with the name "Trental" in Portugal. I guess that helps because my old urologist did not know about Pentox... So I'll try Trental with the new one.
Maybe in Spain or the UK it is the same? I am trying to get a prescription to buy it. Otherwise, I'll try the internet... No success yet.
I understand CoQ10 can have similar impact if you cannot get pentox or trental.
Do you know how much to take? And how (empty stomach, with meals, before bed...)
