Could someone please inform me which of these is the best VED to purchase with 3 cylinders for the protocol?

The one which states it comes with 3 cylinders is priced at 529AUD so I really want to make sure i'm purchasing the correct one. However, the others also state they have cylinder inserts so im a bit confused. I have sent them an email also.
I've found too many troublesome issues using a sex shop VED and really want a proper medical grade one with 3 cylinders.

I got the 3 cylinder unit, could not use the 'A' cylinder too small, so you could save some money if you can't fit into the smallest cylinder.
