Title: Pentox and High Altitude
Post by: june1 on July 23, 2014, 01:47:46 PM
Hey Team,

I have recently started Pentox (2 weeks) and have tolerated it ok. Have some dizzy spells, a little stomach unease. For the next month I will be travelling at altitudes consistently above 10,000 feet. I was wondering if anyone has taken Pentox at high altitudes and how it affected them. Did it make anything worse? Did it make anything better? No effect at all?

I would appreciate anyone's feedback.

I haven't been at altitude on Pentox, but in principle it should help deliver oxygen more effectively. It's one of the things they give people for altitude sickness.

The only time I was at high altitude while on Pentox it was while flying.
But the cabins are pressurized to 6,000 feet.
I think UrsusMinor suggestion bellow is right.
