I have started to use the Penimaster pro. It works pretty well once I got a hang of it, what sluice size to use, how much to pump etc. I can keep it on for ~2.5h before I need a break. My question is if anyone has experience on what direction of stretching that is most effective using this device? I use the rod system so I basically have two options, straight down or straight up. Up direction feels more comfortable for me but maybe not as effective? By the way, the scar tissue is on the lower side of my penis.
