hi all
started using the VED with the three cilinder protocol on this forum and was wondering what the most effective tactic would be combining it with traction. i am now doing VED after my traction sessions as it helps restore blood flow, but i also feel that the plaques are really soft after VED, so maybe traction after VED could also be beneficial in remodelling scar tissue?
what's peoples thoughts about this?
thanks as always!
I usually do VED after traction and not before. I like to get the blood flowing after the traction.
Some recommend waiting eight hours between a traction session and a VED session. It may also be a good idea to ask your urologist what he or she thinks.

Can some of the veterans or people who do both chime in on this?
I get home from work at around 5pm and would like to do heat, traction, VED (in that order) before I go to bed on work days.
I can't do that regimen if that is true.
Thanks in advance for any answers.
I always do heat before traction and before VED - it relaxes things and gets the blood flowing. Remember that it is controled heat and not extreme. I have done it like this for the past 7 months with no problem. Heat for 5 minutes and then traction for 3 hours then a quick massage then VED protocol.

Sounds good mikel7. Planning on doing just that. Thanks for your input.
