Title: In the immediate
Post by: Sinuous on July 08, 2021, 06:42:02 AM
I have had Peyronie's for quite some time, tried most oral meds, xiaflex, and so on.

The wife and I were having sex this morning, going pretty fast and hard. And I got a slip out. I had a little pain in My glans just because of the initial impact. Not going into graphic details, but most men know what I'm talking about.

I don't notice and bruising, and I think I feel a little pain still. But it could all just be paranoia in my head. So my question is, what should I do? I know that if I have damaged anything that it's going to do what it's going to do. But I wouldn't mind some advice on any immediate treatment. Should I do some traction, vacuum, stretches, etc? Or should I just not touch it?

I would wait and let the penis heal.

I would start traction ASAP.... don't let any scar heal in contracted state. Scientist have found that for all injuries the ability of tissue to push itself tight and in to heal is what causes scar. If you apply mechanical force opposing the scar, it doesn't let it heal in a contracted state. Infact this is the principle behind the silicone gel sheets some people apply over external scars to prevents a ghastly scab or scar from forming.

I wouldn't do traction. But take anti Inflammatories and maybe gentle tugginng on your penis so it's not tutrling or contracting. Just makes sure it's hanging loose
