I dont have more curve than at most 10 degrees but these days every single day i get a new scar and painful side with a little more bend going that way 5° or so. What to do? I eat good no carbonhydrates almost. It is like I am one of the healthiest lifestyles in my age(29) however my body and my genetics try to F^@% me up and break down in every way possible.
Prob want to start pentox, low dose viagra or cialis, traction and/or VED asap to stop any progression. Meanwhile keep up the healthy lifestyle. Do you have an appt with a peyroines specialist?
I already take 3x600 pentox and have taken it last 6 months or so.
What's the scarring you are referring to look like?
At least i was really big before and still am so i don't have problem in size.
What to do about it?
It is a bit better and i regained some of the size.
If you think you would be happier with an implant at this juncture I would go for it. I forget how long you have had this for? My dick hurt for almost 1.5 years and was constantly inflamed with hard flaccid for that time. I would always wake up with pain. You are really young. I might wait for a bit longer my bruva I know its hard. In that time really look into the pros and cons of an implant and even meet with a specialist so he can tell you what to expect and if you can retain what you have. Maybe in your case the only way to stop all the pain is to have an implant and if that is the case, and you can decide that with a specialist I say do it if youre quality of life will increase....
but
Youre 19 and youll need to replace it in like 18 years at the maximum. 37...which sucks ass. If I was 19 I would wait, but only you can make that choice.

I cant even walk now without damaging my penis because it becomes hard flaccid and turtles back up
I also had very little bend at the start, a lot of pain, very easily reinjured. Can't tell you that I had scarring everywhere. Is there anything showing up in your ultrasound? You dick might be in a complete state of inflammation in general.
I mean it hurts but heals fine over long time i think...
Do you have scarring show up in your ultrasounds? Why don't the docs believe you?
It might have some natural curvature with the bending as well...
What does the ultrasound show? If there is a plaque in there? Why would they deny that you have peyronies?
They don't deny that i have peyronies. It's just that they don't think that it is as bad as i think.
Maybe cream or oil for the glans to regain sensitization?
You have soft glans?
I already had soft glans but now i have an ok glans, its almost as if flaccid feels better.
Sounds like nerve entrapment, flaccid = glans sensitive, erect = low glans sensitivity, hmmn?
the Corpus spongiosum (ventral) on the underside of the penis provides the blood and nerve sensation to the glans (penis head).
if you had soft glans that would explain the lack of sensation, because less blood in the glans means less sensation
It's slowed down and is much better now
